Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing enables the creation, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns in a fully integrated manner.
To ensure a smooth transition and seamless data integration, Azure Logic Apps was used to automate workflows, facilitating the migration of data from the previous CRM and management system into the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.
