Milanosport, a company owned by the Municipality of Milan, offers a wide range of sports services across 28 facilities, including swimming pools, tennis courts, gyms, and athletics tracks, welcoming more than 2 million citizens each year.

GOALS AND NEEDS
In order to enhance the effectiveness and quality of its services, Milanosport identified several challenges and key objectives:
- Integration of information systems: an integrated approach is required to efficiently manage data relating to citizens, the services offered, and transactions, in order to achieve a comprehensive, real-time view of the organisation’s activities.
- Personalisation of services: providing citizens with tailored experiences, including promotions, discounts, and loyalty programmes designed around their specific needs and preferences.
- Data analysis: the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data from multiple sources – including citizen behaviour, facility performance, and market trends – to optimise marketing strategies and improve overall organisational management.
- Regulatory compliance: given the importance of safeguarding personal data and the need to comply with current regulations such as GDPR, ensuring that data management practices meet all legal and security requirements.
SOLUTION
Altitudo by Arsenalia combined the versatility and reliability of Microsoft solutions, with the implementation of a system based on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
